Here's how it works:
- 1 Enter London Poker Festival qualifiers via the 'Tourney' tab in the poker software. Buy-in or qualify to a Day 1 tournament starting from 4th December.
- 2 Compete in London Poker Festival satellites and Day 1 qualifiers to progress to Day 2 events. A full list of these tournaments can be found in the poker software.
- 3 Qualify from Day 2 tournaments to win a London Poker Festival Package worth €2,000. A full list of Day 2 tournaments can be found in the table below and in the poker software.
- 4 Take your seat in the London Poker Festival Main Event with a £500,000 guarantee which begins 31st January 2024.
You must qualify from Day 1 events, which are running daily from 4th December until 7th January 2024 in order to take part in London Poker Festival Qualifier Day 2 tournaments listed below. Day 1 events have a buy-in of €100. More information on satellites to Day 1 events can be found in the Poker software.
Package winners from the London Poker Festival Day 2 qualifiers will receive a £700 buy-in to any of the London Poker Festival Main Event Day 1 flights of your choice between 31st January and 3rd Feburary, a four-night stay for two with breakfast at the Hyatt Regency London Stratford Hotel worth £800 plus an additional €300 credited to your account for travel expenses.

- The London Poker Festival Day 1 qualifiers run from 16:45 GMT on 4th December until 20:30 GMT on 7th January 2024 and have a buy-in of €100. Day 2 qualifiers begin on 10th December. More information about satellites and late registration periods can be found in the poker software.
- In order to receive a London Poker Festival Package, you must finish in a qualifying position in a Day 2 satellite tournament listed in the London Poker Festival Package table above. Each London Poker Festival Package is worth €2,000 and includes a £700 buy-in to any of the London Poker Festival Main Event Day 1 flights of your choice between 31st January and 3rd February, a four-night stay for two with breakfast at the Hyatt Regency London Stratford Hotel worth £800 plus an additional €300 credited to your account for travel expenses.
- Satellite tournaments will award tickets which can only be used in London Poker Festival Qualifiers tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress. After the promotion ends, the tickets can be used to enter any tournament with a buy-in matching the value of the ticket. Any unused tickets will expire two months after being issued.
- Should you qualify for a package, you will receive an email confirming details about the event and next steps and have €300 cash credited to your bet365 account to cover travel expenses.
- Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. If you receive a Package, you must play in the specified tournament or forfeit the package. Any taxes (relating to winnings from the specified tournament), insurance and other expenses relating to the prize are your sole responsibility. Any unused Packages will be automatically entered into one of the London Poker Festival Main Event Day 1 flights.

Qualifying

Getting Your Prize
- Should you qualify for a package, you will receive an email confirming details about the event and have €300 credited to your bet365 account to cover travel expenses.
- If a London Poker Festival Package qualifier exceeds the guarantee, each additional €2,000 in the prize-pool will make an extra package and be awarded to the next place finisher in the corresponding event. In the case that the additional money in the prize-pool does not reach €2,000, additional prizes of €100 cash will be awarded to the next qualifying players, up to the value of the exceeded amount.

- By entering into qualifiers, you are accepting that you will be responsible for booking your own travel, should you qualify for a London Poker Festival Package. Travel will not be provided by bet365, the event organisers or the operator.
- The €2,000 package value is nominal and actual value is subject to exchange rate fluctuations. As the event is located in the UK, the tournament buy-in and accommodation costs will be paid in GBP.
- In an attempt to combat fraudulent activity, bet365 has introduced methods to detect and prevent abuse of this offer. bet365 may ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation and/or verification steps for it, acting reasonably, to be satisfied as to the customer's identity prior to crediting any offer, bonus funds and/or winnings to their account.
- bet365 reserves the right to refuse payment to any player who is found colluding or soft playing. In addition, where a player's account is frozen or they are excluded from the poker room for whatever reason, the player will be removed from all aspects of this promotion.
- Where any term of the offer is breached or there is evidence of a series of wagers placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the bonus or enhanced payment element of such offer, void any wager funded through the offer and/or remove any winnings from such wager. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the bonus or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against that activity.
- bet365 may reclaim any bonus amount that has been awarded in error.
- All customer offers are limited to one per person. If bet365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus or offer is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people then it may withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to that customer or group of customers and/or void any wager funded by the bonus and remove any winnings from such wager.
