Rakeback Champions

Rakeback Champions will run indefinitely until further notice.

The promotion is split by monthly and quarterly qualifying periods. Monthly qualifying periods run from the start of the month until the end of the month. Quarterly qualifying periods run every three months, from the start of the month until the end of the third month.

This offer is only available to new and eligible customers. You can see a full list of your available offers by logging in and selecting the Offers section. bet365 maintains a record of customer contact in relation to eligibility for offers and this record, including the date and time of any restrictions being imposed, will be final in the event of any dispute.

In order to progress in the promotion, you must earn Status Points. Status Points are accumulated at a rate of 10 for every €1 paid in rake and/or tournament fees. You will unlock the next League Level when your total number of Status Points reaches the threshold of the next level. Status Point thresholds can be found in the table above. You can track your progress in the Rakeback Champions section of the poker software.

In order to earn rakeback rewards, you must earn League Points. League Points are accumulated at various rates depending on your current League Level and the platform you are playing on. You will earn League Points for every €1 paid in rake and/or tournament fees. A breakdown of the number of League Points that can be earnt can be found in the table above. You can track your progress in the Points Exchange section of the poker software.

For every 100 League Points earned, you can choose to redeem these in the Points Exchange section on the poker software. If you choose to redeem 100 League Points, €1 will be automatically transferred to your withdrawable balance. If unredeemed, League Points expire at the end of the subsequent calendar month. For example, any League Points accumulated in April, you will have until the end of May to redeem them for cash.

Status Points can be accumulated during a monthly qualifying period and a quarterly qualifying period. Points earnt during a monthly qualifying period will reset at the end of the calendar month and points earnt during a quarterly qualifying period will reset at the end of the third calendar month. Upon accumulating 225,000 Status Points during the quarterly qualifying period, you will automatically move to the Leyenda League Level.

If you unlock a new League Level during a monthly qualifying period, you will retain it for the following calendar month.

Should you fail to earn sufficient Status Points to retain your League Level during the following month, your level will be adjusted at the start of the next calendar month based on your qualifying points.

Play on poker-related casino games, including but not limited to, Casino Poker, Video Poker and Table & Card Games, is not eligible for this offer. Only real money Poker games contribute towards completion of this offer.

Any prize/bonus amounts offered will be calculated using the current currency exchange rate as determined at the sole discretion of bet365.

bet365 may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typos or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel or restrict this promotion for legal, regulatory or technical reasons.

bet365 reserves the right to refuse payment to any player who is found colluding or soft playing. In addition, where a player's account is frozen or they are excluded from the poker room for whatever reason, the player will be removed from all aspects of this promotion.

Where any term of the offer is breached or there is evidence of a series of wagers placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the bonus or enhanced payment element of such offer, void any wager funded through the offer and/or remove any winnings from such wager. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the bonus or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against that activity.

bet365 may reclaim any bonus amount that has been awarded in error.

All customer offers are limited to one per person. If bet365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus or offer is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people then it may withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to that customer or group of customers and/or void any wager funded by the bonus and remove any winnings from such wager.

Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
